Todd is a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas. Todd has been actively practicing law since 2001. He founded Horizon Attorneys and Counselors at Law PLC in 2005 where he serves as managing member. Todd formed Horizon to provide clients with a unique legal experience not currently offered in the market place.
