Ellen Geisler – Omaha Business Lawyer

Ellen Geisler is a partner in the litigation department at Lamson Dugan & Murray, focusing on commercial litigation and representing individuals and companies in business and contractual disputes. She also handles employment and labor disputes, advocating for both employees and employers in matters like employment discrimination and workplace injuries. Ellen graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, serving on the Nebraska Law Review and as an officer for the Moot Court Board. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work at the civil clinic. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and played trumpet in the Cornhusker Marching Band.
