Alan Davis – Toronto Business Lawyer

Alan graduated Osgoode Hall Law, in Toronto in 1980 and was called to the bar as a lawyer in Ontario in 1982.

In 1982 Alan opened his law practice on Bay Street, in downtown Toronto which has since developed and grown into Davis Barristers.

For over 38 years he has undertaken a law practice restricted to litigation matters, and a focus on employment law, estate disputes and commercial litigation. As a seasoned litigator he has extensive experience in negotiations, in court, at trial, at mediation, and in all other facets of litigation and dispute resolution.

Alan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Laywer’s Association.
