David Halsband- Hackensack Business Lawyer

Mr. Halsband has a wide range of experience in employment litigation and in negotiating settlement agreements and employment contracts. He has conducted several trials and has argued matters before state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, and he routinely handles cases before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Mr. Halsband received his law degree from New York Law School (with honors), where he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire (with honors).
