J. Edwin Martin – Dallas Business Lawyer

Ed was born in Midland, Texas, in 1960. Ed attended The University of Texas at Austin, where, in 1981, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, graduating cum laude in three years (at the age of 20).

Upon graduation, Ed attended Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, and the Cox School of Business, where he received his Master of Business Administration (both in 1985); while doing so, he passed all parts of the CPA Exam.

Since 1985, Ed has practiced law in Dallas, Texas; he is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation; he has been published eleven times and retained as an expert witness five times.

Ed speaks bueno Gringo Spanish, and he dabbles in many other languages.

On November 8, 2035 (being the fiftieth anniversary of his bar card), Ed will retire. If you send him business, follow his sage advice, and pay your invoices, he will invite you to his party.
