Jim Forrester – Roseburg Business Lawyer

Jim was admitted to the Oregon bar in 2006. He obtained both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Oregon. Jim grew up in Springfield, Oregon, and moved to Douglas County in 2006, to work for the Douglas County District Attorney’s office as a Deputy District Attorney.

Jim joined Dole Coalwell in 2008 bringing with him his experience trying numerous cases to Douglas County juries. Jim represents municipalities and is the Roseburg city prosecutor.

His practice envelops a large range of areas, but he particularly focuses on estate planning, adoptions, mediation, family law mediation, probates, and guardianship and conservatorship. His practice also includes real estate, business law and foreclosures.
