Kevin Worthy – Lehi Business Lawyer

After growing up mostly in Pennsylvania, Saudi Arabia, and Florida, Kevin got a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho and a law degree from the BYU Law School in Provo, Utah.

In 2011, Kevin began practicing law in Utah, where he has litigated numerous disputes in the state and federal courts. His clients’ cases have involved real property purchases, promissory notes, business contracts, sales of good and services, equipment leases, HOAs, business partnership conflicts, sales of businesses, employment contracts, construction contracts, noncompete obligations, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, fraud, and more.

On the transactional side, Kevin has worked on a number of real estate deals (both residential and commercial), new company startups, private placement offerings, sales of business entities, trademarks, and copyright registrations, and so forth.

In 2022, Kevin added an immigration side to his practice which includes investment-based immigration petitions (and especially E-2 visa petitions), asylum applications, religious worker visa applications, and BIA appeals in asylum matters.
