I am a seasoned business professional and legal practitioner. I have been a practicing attorney since 1993, and engaged in the the IT industry for more than 30 years. In addition to holding various alliance and business development executive positions with IT startups and Fortune 500 companies, I successfully co-founded, managed a boutique consulting firm, specializing in business and legal consulting, that was sold to Amazon Consulting in 2010.

I am a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations as well as many professional associations and organizations.

I hold a BA from Boston College; an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and a JD from Suffolk University School of law.

I am a senior executive and practicing attorney, who is highly skilled in strategic alliance management, channel sales/business development and commercial legal services based on a number of executive management and consultative positions I have held over my professional career.
