Terry Vincent – Cleveland Estate Planning Attorney

A tax attorney with over 30 years of experience, he represents clients in various IRS examinations, appeals, collection, and criminal matters. He also represents public bodies and non-profit entities on tax and business issues affecting formation, operations, bidding procedures, and Sunshine Laws.

He has served the Central Collection Agency (CCA) as Special Prosecutor, initiating criminal proceedings in communities throughout Ohio to enforce and support municipal income tax ordinances. He currently serves as Commissioner for the City of Lakewood Civil Service Commission.

Earlier in his career, he served as a senior attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel in the Tax Litigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C., and as a senior attorney in the Office of District Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Cleveland, Ohio. He has also taught Accounting at The University of Akron and Tax Practice and Procedure at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
